Take Interstate 95S toward Philadelphia
Take exit 49, the Newtown exit
Bear right off the ramp onto Route 332, the Newtown Bypass
Proceed to the third traffic light, which is Newtown-Yardley Road
Turn right onto Newtown-Yardley Road
Proceed to the second traffic light, which is Terry Drive
Turn left onto Terry Drive
XME is on the left, 6 Terry Drive
